Fantastic contempory fire, We love it and everyone that see it wonts one. Its in the consevatory and even in the cold times of this winter the heat is so great we have had to open a window or door. Looked every where for Bio ethanol fuel and this deal was the best I could find. Delivery was next day as promised. Great price and service,
will use again. Pity their fires are not as cheap other wise I would buy from them.

Are burners are not the same as others, ours are TUV tested fr safety and emmisions which other cheaper models aren't.

Thank you for all the help you gave us in deciding about our bioethanol fuel fire. You were extremely helpful and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We are very pleased with the result particularly the logs, which are very realistic. We were worried whether there might be a smell as this is being used in a room where the chimney has been blocked off. It was one of our biggest concerns, but after using the fuel for some weeks, there is no more smell than you get with a candle in the room.
